The walkthrough is not a sales visit with a folder of brochures. It is the working step where the scope actually gets built. We look at ceiling and wall construction, existing closets, riser access, the paths cable can realistically take, and the real distances between the points you care about.
By the end of it you know what your building needs and roughly what it takes to get there. If the answer is smaller than you thought, we will tell you that too.

Service area. Elite Wiring Co. is a service-area business. We work out of Oklahoma City and travel to your building rather than operating a walk-in location, so there is no showroom to visit. We cover the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding communities, and we travel nationwide for commercial projects and multi-site rollouts.
What we work on. Offices, warehouses and distribution, medical and clinics, retail, schools, and multi-tenant buildings.
Usually the same business day. A few questions on the phone so we show up to the walkthrough knowing what to look at.
Around your access, your tenants, and your other trades. Occupied buildings can be walked after hours if that is easier.
Distances, closets, ceiling construction, and paths. We photograph what we find so the scope reflects the real building.
Written, itemized, and tied to what we saw. No allowances hiding in it waiting to become change orders.
