Who we are

Elite Wiring Co. is a family-owned commercial low voltage contractor based in Oklahoma City. Questions about this policy go to colbygraves@elitewiringco.com or (405) 297-4343.

When you visit this website

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or third-party tracking scripts. We count visits ourselves so we can see which pages are useful. For each visit we record the page, the site or campaign link that sent you, your approximate location (city and state, as provided by our hosting network), and whether you are on a phone or a computer.

We do not store your IP address or your browser details. They are used for a moment to create an anonymous code that changes every day, so we can count visits without being able to recognize you on another day.

When you request a walkthrough or contact us

If you fill in our form, we receive what you enter: your name, email, phone, company, project details and the services you are interested in. It is emailed to our team and kept in our private website dashboard so we can respond and plan the work. If you tap our phone number or email address, we count the tap anonymously.

We use this information to reply, quote and deliver your project, and keep it as long as we need it for the project and our business records.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website and business, and only so they can do that work: Cloudflare (hosting and data storage), Resend (form email delivery), Google (our business email) and Resite360 (our web partner, which runs our website and its private dashboard).

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing colbygraves@elitewiringco.com. We may keep records we are required to keep, such as invoices.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page with a new date.
